Thank you for shopping with VIDEH INDIA. We aim to deliver your luxury perfumes, shirts, and T-shirts safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

 

SECTION 2 — Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

 

SECTION 3 — Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 4–8 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your pin code, courier service speed, or festive seasons.

 

SECTION 4 — Shipping Partners

We use trusted delivery partners like DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure fast and secure shipping.
VIDEH INDIA is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

SECTION 5 — Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include additional handling charges depending on the delivery location.

 

SECTION 6 — Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can monitor your shipment status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.
If you face any tracking issues, contact our support team.

 

SECTION 7 — International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon as we expand our logistics network.

 

SECTION 8 — Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us at videhindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the packaging/product (if applicable).

  3. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.

VIDEH INDIA is not liable for loss or damage once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

 

SECTION 9 — Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or non-delivery may occur.
Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the parcel.
